UK Head Coach John Calipari has reportedly found his replacement for Kenny Payne.
Just moments after ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Payne was joining Tom Thibodeau’s staff at the New York Knicks, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports sent out a tweet saying Indiana assistant Bruiser Flint would be heading to Kentucky:
Sources: Indiana assistant Bruiser Flint will join John Calipari's staff at Kentucky as an assistant coach.
Official announcement expected soon.

Flint is a long-time friend of UK Head Coach John Calipari and was at one time an assistant on Coach Cal’s UMass staff. He has 30 years of coaching experience, most recently these past four seasons as an assistant at Indiana.
The Philly native also spent 20 years as a D-1 head coach won 331 games while leading Drexel (2001-16) and UMass (1996-01). He was named CAA Coach of the Year four times, and NABC District coach of year four times a piece also.
Now, Flint will join Tony Barbee, Joel Justice and John Robic as assistant on Calipari’s UK basketball staff.
